Recieving SSDI Benefits But Have A Co-Sponsor

I recieve SSDI benefits and SSI also I dont meet the poverty guidelines but we have a co-sponsor that overly meets the guidelines. We have already applied for the k-3 visa. I have been worried even with having a co-sponsor what our chances are of being approved for the k-3 visa. If anyone has any helpful information for me I would greatly apreciate it. Thank You in advance!!! also if he is approved social security will drop my SSI benefit I was informed. It wont hurt though its less than $20.00 And I dont qualify for any of the other programs that are considered a public charge. So, I dont meet the poverty guidelines for the k-3 but I am over the guidelines for "public charge" assistance. If that makes any sense. Sorry for this being a little mixed up. Thank You!!!

If you had applied for a K3 visa, then you would already have your result. I think you mean you filed an I-130 petition for your spouse. The K3 visa is no longer available. Study the CR1 guide as that's the path you're on, not K3. If you have a qualified joint sponsor, the financial concern is covered. All that comes after the I-130 petition is approved.
