When I EMAIL my ds3032 and I supposed to attach the proof of payment for the $70 cover sheet? I sent it without that, and they sent it back to me!!!!!! GRRRR please help!

No, the cover sheet for the $70 goes with the Affadavit of Support package (I-864). DS-3032 goes on its own.

That I cannot answer because if you have an approved petition for a child they will send you a bill but link the cases and you only pay the $70 once.

Hopefully this bump will get you answer from someone else who may know ...

If your bill shows as PAID, print out the cover letter and send in your AOS package.

Ignore whatever else that came in.

I send it in before I pay the IV bill??? When bill the IV bill show up to pay? After the receive my AOS package? THANKS!!!

Usually after the DS-3032 is accepted. The AOS package has nothing to do with the IV bill.

Pay attention, non-EP NVC noobs. Here's Christeen's time tested formula to get you through NVC in one piece alive:

Petitioner: Get NVC # + give operator your email IDs + receive AOS fee bill + pay 70$ online + wait to show paid + print cover sheet + send I-864 AOS with all documents and case # written on each page.

Beneficiary: Get NVC# + receive DS3032 + send DS3032+ DS3032 accepted + IV fee bill available to be paid + pay & wait to show paid + print IV cover sheet + mail DS230 package with all original/certified documents

= wait for case complete + wait for interview to be scheduled.

What? NO.

Once your DS3032 has been emailed to them, it will be accepted in 1-3 business days. Your IV bill will become available to be paid. Pay it, wait for it to show as PAID and then print out the barcoded cover sheet. Send your DS230 packet in.

You REALLY need to read up on the NVC guides/shortcuts.
