Hello, me and my husband have an AOS interview on Wednesday morning. I'm redoing my I-864 because when I previously mailed off the I-864 with the 485 I had to estimate because my taxes were not done. Anyway, my question is on my I-864 form should I use my the adjusted income or should I use my total income? Hope someone can assist. Thanx.

The last time I looked at the I-864 instructions, it specified which line on the tax return to use (Hint: it was adjusted gross)

05/02/2007 Driver's License - Passed Road Test!

05/27/2008 Lifting of Conditions sent (TSC > VSC)

06/03/2008 Check Cleared

07/08/2008 INFOPASS (I-551 stamp)

07/08/2008 Driver's License renewed

04/20/2009 Lifting of Conditions approved

04/28/2009 Card received in the mail
