i got this email weeks ago.. i just want to ask did someone also encountered this? for how long do this CSPA be approved?

This case is currently under review for applicability of the Child

Status Protection Act (CSPA). You will be notified as soon as a

decision is made. Please be advised that there is no timeframe for when

this will happen. Please do not contact the U.S. Embassy or Consulate

General, as they will have no further information.

i have received this email before and after that again i received an email that "Currently, this case cannot be reviewed for applicability of the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA), as there is no visa number available according to this case's priority date and visa category."

my pd is going to be current on 1st april i hope...so they wont take the case in hand before that...if your pd is current then keep checking the online nvc payment site..they might well ask to pay the fees for the ds-230...good luck...

and buddy..it would be good if you post your threads in english on the other page that u have posted ur details on...

emailed ds-3032 : 10th dec,2009

mailed ds-3032 : 12th dec,2009

aos fee bill : 9th dec,2009

aos fee shows paid : 14th dec,2009

iv fee bill : 23rd dec,2009

iv fee paid : 23rd dec,2009

iv fee coversheet downloaded : 24th dec,2009

case completed : march 15,2010 and then april 2,2010 again...strange confirmed with operator.

sign in failed : 20th april,2010

interview date assigned on : 29th april,2010.

interview date : 18th june,2010 bombay consulate
