If I made a joint bank account with my wife. Can this count as an evidence of bonifide marriage??!! As we may have a trouble in puting both of us on the same lease as I wont be having a job after we marry and I move with her. And btw is there any other way to give that evidence???

Evident of bona-fide marriage for what? An CR/IR-1 visa, or adjustment of status? Once you're married, joint tax filing, joint property ownership, joint auto/home/health insurance, joint credit cards are all additional ways in which to offer proof. Even if you cannot be officially on the lease, you can ask the landlord to sign a letter attesting to the fact that your are residing at that address...that may also be used as evidence.

I married on VWP so we didn't have a lot of joint stuff right after I filed. We opened a bank account, I was put on the lease even though I don't work right now, we also sent in photographs from the last 3 years, letters from friends and family attesting to the validity of the relationship, wedding photos and e-ticket receipts from trips back and forth to see each other.

For the interview, we'll have time to sort out more stuff so I'm planning to bring along various bills to show we're both named (electric, gas, cable), proof of a joint cell phone plan, our gym membership and our CostCo account info. And more photographs, obviously.

You pretty much just get as many things as possible in both your names. If you drive - which I don't - get on the same auto insurance plan. And the same health insurance plan. And as was mentioned by a previous poster, joint credit card accounts and stuff like that works too. You need to show them you share a life together and have co-mingled assets and stuff like that. So if you don't HAVE something (like me with the auto insurance) don't worry about it, but make sure you have plenty of other ways to prove it instead.
