I'm getting ready to send DS-230 package. Can someone take a look and see if I'm missing anything. I think I got it all, but just making sure (and being paranoid).

• Personal cover letter

• IV Fee Cover sheet

• Two (2) passport size photographs of Beneficiary (NVC Case Number, and beneficiary’s full name are written on back of both)

• DS-230 Part 1 completed and signed by Beneficiary

• DS-230 Part 2 completed by Beneficiary – unsigned, as per instructions

• Photocopy of the biographic data page of Beneficiary’s passport

• Original birth certificate of Beneficiary, copy and certified translation

• Original marriage certificate of Beneficiary, copy and certified translation

• Original police certificate of Beneficiary, copy and certified translation

• Original court records certificate of Beneficiary, copy and certified translation

• Original death certificate of spouse of Beneficiary, copy and certified translation

• Original birth certificate of Petitioner, copy and certified translation

• Original marriage certificate of Petitioner, copy and certified translation

Looks right but I am still thinking why do they need the Citizen's marriage certificate while the citizen's pouse has nothing to do with this?

Looks good Emma_31. We also added the NVC case number on the back of every document.

Don't forget to tick the send my SSN box.

Nimche, we had to provide the marriage cert and copy of spouses passport as this was asked of us when we went to interview. This was due to my daughters husband being co-sponsor.

This also cost us a two week delay.

Yes I did. We used a pencil so it can be erased if necessary. I know some people put a sticker on the back with the number and barcode but we were low tech!

It is just a 'just in case' thing to do. We imagined the documents getting mixed up and with so many names, family names etc we wanted to make sure our documents were trackable.

When you get as far as submitting the DS230 after a long long wait you tend to get a bit paranoid!

Everything Looks Good to Me. I wish I could ship off my for my husband too. I've been waiting for 5 days for the payment status of my IV processing fee to say PAID.

7/12/2008 Filed I-130.

3/1/2010 Initiated Payment of IV Processing Fee says "IN PROCESS".

3/9/2010 IV Processing Fee says "PAID".

3/23/2010 DS-230 and civil documents FedExed to NVC.(should arrive 10:30 3/24)

3/24/2010 DS-230 and civil docs received by NVC. Signed by K. StLaurent.

04/05/2010 Case complete @ NVC according to AVR. Sign In Failed.

5/12/2010 Hubby's Going to get Medical Exam done.

5/13/2010 Med Exam should be completed and picked up.

im curious about when everyone talked about logging in and it say failed, where do you log in for that? we just sent all the documents with the ds-230 I & II and i tracked it and it said that it was recieved already today. my question is how long does it take for them to give a medical exam and interview?
