Wow ... being able to carry a gun means freedom? .... what a farce.

No kidding. Seriously, what is it with people like that - doesn't matter who it is, they always say the same #######:

"if you don't like it here, leave"

"governments aren't afraid of the people, because they are unarmed"

"what would you do if your daughter were in danger"

And to cap it off, these douches are almost always ex-military. Supposedly to be commended for "fighting for our freedoms", yet they are often the most intolerant people you can possibly imagine. Apparently you're only deserving of American freedoms if you agree with them.

Dude should be ashamed of himself.

Freedom means being able to carry a gun. As long as you are not harming or denying someone else their freedoms.

Yes, but carrying a gun can ultimately affect other people's sense of freedom. Unfortunately the attitude today is " its all about me and I can do whatever I want because I am free to ... so screw off"

Guns are ingrained in the American psyche. There's just no getting around it. They will always be a big part of what many Americans view as part of their constitutional freedoms. Some wear it like a badge on their sleeve though...what can you do?

Learn how to handle it before you hurt someone that you did not intend. It takes responsibilty to own and handle a firearm.

Thanks for letting me play in your sandbox.

I have to go see some customers. I will try not to shoot them. If they don't give me a purchase order, all bets are off.

Yes, I am so ashamed. My mother should have aborted me. You are so right.

I said you can have your opinions. I will never give you a hard time, until you start spewing your ####### in public.

After that ridiculous diatribe, how are you "letting me have" my opinions?

You just flat out said that I should leave the country.

USMC? Are you sure you didn't serve with the SS or the Republican Guard?

Sure. Doesn't mean anyone has to like it, regardless of what Captain America here says.

Its not actually affecting someone's freedoms though.
