Okay, I am probably just being dumb but I want to make sure EVERYTHING is correct.

My fiancee is coming from Brantford, Ontario, Canada.

On the I-129F form where I would fill out her address is asks for her State or Country but no where does it ask for the Provinces. Should I just put her country down or should I put down Ontario for where it says State?

Do I check the box No for when it asks, "Have you obtained a certificate of citizenship in your name?"(Question #10 Part A)? I am a USA born citizen.

Also, is it really imperative to make sure you use "N/A" or "none" correctly? I am a bit confused on when to use them and where. For example: Where it asks for my(USA Citizen) Alien number(Question 8b Part A), do I put "N/A" or "none"?

My fiancee lives in a house that has been split up into different rooms for rent. The door to her part is the "Side Door". There is no number or anything, should I put this under "Apt. #"?

I am probably being ####### but I really want to make sure we don't run into any problems.

Thanks,

Michael

Just write CANADA in that space then down in section 15 there's room for her complete address.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
