Hi

I have a question

Which application should I fill ?

My Brother will be sponsor for my Wife ... so which apllication should i take ? I 864 ???

An I-864 from each of you but you don't "take" it. You send them in to NVC when requested.

AGAIN.... YOU are the primary sponsor of your spouse... period.... end of story there.... Your brother will be the co-sponsor... Being the primary sponsor YOU MUST fill out the 864... It is OK that you were a student and did not have any income... check the guides here and you just submit a letter you write (do a topic search) saying that you were a student and did not have any income and were not required to file taxes... You brother is the co-sponsor... YOU are the primary sponsor regardless of if you have $0 income!!!!
