still don get NOA1..

My fiance sent I-129F to CSC on Feb.12th but we still don get NOA1.. and even his check is not cashed yet..

I saw on this website that lots of couples who sent I-129F later than we did got NOA1 already...

Im worried our I-129F or other papers have some problem .

My fiance called USCIS last friday and was told to call them back if he doesn get NOA1 sometime this week.

I have a question..

What should he say to them if they just say "call us again" like they did last week.....?

should we just wait wait and wait... ?

P.S if there are couples who have same problem, I hope they can get NOA1 soon!

as addition..

Im worried if these 2 things are problems..

1. My fiance used his business check (he has own company) for fiance visa

2. He signed his name wizout his middle name on the check

I don know if Im worried too much..

Is anyone know these can be problems to make USCIS hold our I-129F..?

Your Q actually remind me of my case. My Fiance send the packet to the wrong P.O Box and the post office returned back the packet 3 weeks after that. I'm not sure what went wrong with your packet but you shouldn't think so much. Just chill

well.. Im pretty sure he sent it to correct address..

I talked him and he said he will call USCIS if he doesn get NOA1 by this friday..

I wanted him to call USCIS tom so we argued about it..

1) Calm down. Please do not argue. You have a long way to go. Do not argue.

2) The checks are not a problem. The middle name is not a problem.

3) Yes, wait one more week.

The problem is calling USCIS, they may not be able or willing to locate a missing package that could be missing for many reasons.

well.. so u mean they may not have gotten our package..?

when my fiance called them, they said they got our package already.. (hope its true..)

and also he sent it by USPS and tracked it on website and it said it arrived at destination..

Some people here have waited a month to get their NOA1. Unbelievable but it happens.

Looks like you guys are just over 2 weeks. Another week will likely provide your answer.
