I have all the items for the i130 ready to go, so I go to the area here for general tips.

1. Do I need to file the i485 right now when I file the i130

2. Is my marraige license from the Philipines proof of marraige,

I can't add her to any of my accts as she doesnt have a SSN.

If your wife is in the PI and seeking a CR1 visa, you'll never use the I-485. Carefully study the CR1 guide and then come back with remaining questions.
