Hi all,

Things started moving along quickly in NVC and I start panicking...

My husband is a co-sponsor, thus filing I-864A. Now, I understand we need to file all supporting docs for him (paystubs, taxes, employment letter etc...), but do I need to send any supporting docs, not qualifying as a sponsor just by myself? I'm a bit confused. :wacko::help:

I-130 for my mom

California Service Center

11/4/09 - I-130 sent to Chicago

11/16/09 - check cashed

11/17/09 - NOA1

2/22/2010 - NOA2

NVC

2/23/2010 - Got NVC case number and registered emails

2/24/2010 - Rcvd. emails for DS-3032 and AOS Fee

2/24/2010 - Paid AOS Fee and sent electronic DS-3032

2/27/2010 - Sent DS-3032 & I-864 for Monday delivery

3/2/2001 - Electronic DS-3032 accepted

3/2/2010 - Paid IV Fee

3/9/2010 - Sent DS-230 package to NVC

3/11/2010 - DS-230 delivered.

3/15/2010 - DS-230 entered in the system (as per operator)

3/16/2010 - RFE (I forgot to sign I-864A), line 14 (what a bummer)

3/17/2010 - Sent RFE

3/18/2010 - RFE delivered at NVC

3/24/2010 - Case Complete !!!!!!!!!! Yee-pee !!!

5/3/2010 - Passed Medical

5/13/2010 - Passed Interview

5/26/2010 - Entry into US (POE Miami, FL)

You both have to submit supporting documents (W-2, taxes, paystubs, etc.)

I-130 (IR-5) FOR BOTH PARENTS

Consulate: Manila, Philippines

09/17/09 : Mailed I-130 (through USPS Express Mail)

09/29/09 : Received NOA1 (dated 9/24)

01/21/10 : Received NOA2 (Petition Approved!)

NVC

02/04/10 : Received DS-3032 Packet in the e-mail

02/04/10 : Paid $70 AOS Fee and e-mailed DS-3032

02/06/10 : Mailed DS-3032 (through USPS Priority Mail)

02/11/10 : Mailed I-864 (through USPS Priority Mail)

02/16/10 : IV Bill Status Paid

02/25/10 : Mailed DS-230 Packet (through USPS Priority Mail)

03/01/10 : NVC received DS-230 Packet

03/12/10 : CASE COMPLETED

03/25/10 : Interview letter received (May 6, 2010)

04/27/10 : Medical - need to do Sputum Test (2 month delay)

07/13/10 : Interview

08/01/10 : Visa Delivered

Hi Emma did you send proof of citizenship or authorization to work in us with your i864A?
