Hi eveyone!

I have a friend who already has a 2 year GC and she will apply for her 10 year GC next month but the problem is her husband didn't make any income and didn't pay his tax for the last 3 years. Will there be any trouble with her apply? Does she need to interview for her GC?

Did not pay or did not file there taxes?

there is no financial affidavit requirement or update in the ROC process

Interview may or may not occur...

Thanks payxibka very much. He didn't file for the tax because he didn't have any income for the last 3 years.
