how long after the marriage do you receive the marriage certificate in the Philippines

you will get it after 1 week (just the copy not the authenticate one) but tell your civil registrar to endorse it so that you'll get the authenticate after 2 to 4 weeks if not you have to wait for 6 months

03.14.2011 -------I-751 sent overnight

03.15.2011 -------package says "Delivered"

03.30.2011 -------ASC Appointment Notice Received

04.22.2011 -------Biometrics Appointment

08.29.2011--------APPROVED! GC RECEIVED!

Yes. Your question indicates you still have not read the CR1 visa guide or the instructions for the I-130. Doing so very carefully will be critical to your ultimate success. I suggest you start now and hold further questions until you've done the basic study needed.

Please read the instruction document for the I-130.
