Greetings Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows where I might find a guide for the complete process of filing for AOS for both my K-1 wife and her k-2 children at the same time. I searched through the forums and can find k-1 or k-2 but nothing stating the filing for both at the same time. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks...

On the search box of visa journey just type in Step by step guide on AOS and it will come up or click this if you can Visit My Website .

I just had my aos interview with my son (K2). I did not find anything really on K2. I just posted my questions too. Anyways, if your son/daughter is 12 years and below, everything on the list of K1 aos requirements are needed 'EXCEPT' for the G-325 a. And then, for his I-864, just make an exact same copy as yours. When you mail them, put your K1 and K2 in separate folders and then put both in 1 folder and mail the whole thing.

Hope this helps and good luck!

Nothing different when you submit them together versus separately except maybe the fee

YMMV

Are there circumstances where a K-2 child would need to fill out a G-325a? For example you state that if the children are under the age of 12, they would not need one. Both of our children are 16 and 18.

Hi. Then both your children aged 16 & 18 would have to fill out & submit the G-325a form but exact same copies of I-864 still applies.
