We're getting ready to file our second I-129F.

Part B, question 9 asks for an A# (if any).

She had an A# for her previous K1, which we used last year. She returned to Russia without marrying me after visiting me.

Do they want me to give them that A# -- or in the context of this new petition does she in fact not yet have an A#, since I haven't yet filed this second petition? I'll need to fill in the G-325A's consistently with whatever I write here.

My understanding is that they want any old A # associated with the alien (student/work visa or previous K1).

I think, yes, if she had an A number, that should be entered. However, you can use an additional sheet to explain how she got the A number.

That is exactly what I'm doing -- entering the number and reminding them where this number came from.
