Hi everyone,

I am preparing for filling Remove Conditions on Residence but right now my family (my husband, me and my son) is living in Homestead hotel, we will live Homestead hotel 1 year for my husband job. It is more convinience than apartment so I would like to ask someone who know if I use homestead hotel with room number (business address) or PO Box to fill Remove Conditions on Residence.

Could I use one of these addresses above? Please tell me about that.

Thank you so much.

Best,

Suri

Since you have been living there, I am assuming you filed change of address form with USCIS. If you did, then what address did you use? If you didn't then it is a good idea to go ahead and do that.

I believe USCIS likes to see an actual address and not a P.O Box since the POBox only shows mail delivery and not actual location. Do you pay monthly payments? If so, are you both listed under the same room (Like it shows that for all the past 12 months that your husband, you and your son have been residing there?). It is important to collect the evidence and that includes anything that shows all three of you were living at the same location. I doubt that they would care if it is a hotel or an apartment... but my advice is to include more evidence that they ask for.

Put both a mailing address and a physical address.

Agreed. Your situation is no different than if you rented an apartment and used a PO Box. Residential address is: 123 Main St, # xxx Yourtown, USA. Mailing address is: PO Box xx Yourtown, USA

Thank you so much for all replies.

I just moved from California to Texas. I will fill Remove of condition on residence on March but I confuse when I used address of hotel. When I changed my address from CA to TX on online Post Office, it did not agree and forward to business address (hotel). If I live in a apartment, it is ok because before I used to change my status from F1 to Green Card.

I and my husband will stay here (hotel) 1 year. Do you think I use it is a physical address?

Thank you.

Suri
