Went to INfopass again today, Had to wait longer after seeing 1st officer.. we stayed there from 8:45 to 2:00 because they forgot about us .

after a long wait an officer came with our name .. took us to her office .. she said name check is not a issue now because its been over 180 days but we can not approve case yet it needs review and we can not tell how long it will take... so if u dont hear any thing in 30 days you are welcome to come back and check again.

WHat should we do?

a1v - talk with your Senator or Representative's office. Get them to investigate what is going on and see if they can help you get this resolved, preferably in your favour. Did you get any indication of USCIS' reasons for the NOID? Something is obviously not right. Good luck to you.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
