Dear Friends,

i came to U.S on K1 Visa, on 11 nov,09. Got married in a week and sent my A.O.S the first week of december. Got my biometrics done on 12th jan, 10. Had to Re send I 693, which i did on 26th jan. Got a letter stating my case has been shifted to California Service Centre on 8th feb, 10. Now yesterday, 12th feb, 10 i got an advance parole. Someone who has been through the process please guide me, if the timeline & process is going right. When should i expect an interview and if everything goes fine, when to expect conditional GC. I have to plan few things accordingly. Thanx.

If your case was transferred to CSC then you will very likely not have an interview (most don't when transferred). The next thing to come (presumably) will be the EAD. The PR/Green Card could be anywhere from 4 months (total) to much longer.

**Topic may be better suited in "Adjustment of Status Case Filing and Progress Reports"; moving thread there.
