Hey vjers, i am the petitioner and was almost finished putting together my I-864 and Ds-230 package when i landed a job. Will start on the 15TH February.[Thank you God].Was unemployed since mid July. I had turn to a houshold member to be my co-sponser for the I-864. Now that i have a job should i change my employment info and wait the extra 2 weeks till i get a pay stub and job letter?..I still plan on keeping my cousin as co-sponser.That should boost up the case right? Or should i just make the adjustments to the I-864 and add an extra note saying that i will send in pay stub and job letter on a later date?

Thanks all for your answers..

Since you are still planning on using the co-sponsor to qualify, I would not bother to wait for the paystubs... However, at the interview I would bring an updated copy of the 864 with the paystub info and employment letter at that time... As long as the co-sponsor earns enough to sponsor you should be fine... Congrats on gettin back to work!!!
