SSSOOOO sad, I've sent 3 emails over the past 2 weeks with no response at all. Not even a stinkin' form letter. Honestly - is everyone on vacation? All I need is the interview date please and thank you.

Anyone else email them this week or last? Responses? let me know. Thanks for the complaining outlet, it feels good to vent. :(

03-15-07 - Transferred to The Sucky/Slow Center (TSC)... to "speed up" processing.

03-17-07 - Transferred notice e-mail

03-20-07 - Received TSC transfer letter

03-21-07 - application pending at TSC e-mail.

05-14-07 - Misinfopass appt. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

06-05-07 - I-131 e-filed

07-09-07 - Received weird looking letter for AP, but online status hasn't changed

It depends on the Consulate. For example, I sent an email to the US Embassy in Abu Dhabi and they replied within two hours stating that "We have not yet received the reaffirmed fiancé visa petition on behalf of xxxxxxxxxxx from NVC. As soon as we receive the approved petition, we will schedule an appointment for the applicant." Looking at your timeline, they may get mine in five days.

i had the same proble with the swiss consulate, so i first called, but they had no clue, and i had to pay a lot of money per minute... so i decided to send them a fax, and after 2 days i recieved my interview appointment!

2/13/2006 they received it

2/16/2006 guess it was fowarded to CA, so they got it that date

2/21/2006 check finally cashed

2/23/2006 NOA1 received

5/01/2006 NOA2

5/30/2006 e mail from CSC: petition was requested for review!! ????

5/31/2006 another e mail reply: petition was approved but has not been fowarded yet

6/15/2006 finally!!!! Petition received by NVC!

6/16/2006 left NVC

6/22/2006 US Embassy in Bern, Swiss rec'd petition

6/28/2006 rec'd paket 3

6/29/2006 sent paket 3 back

7/13/2006 got interview date!!

7/27/2006 Interview! APPROVED!!!!! YEAH!

9/18/2006 Planed flight to Raleigh/ NC........

interview!!!!!

Well update time---- Still no response to any of the emails I sent to Montreal. I've sent them again x 2. What ever. I did call the consulate yesterday after being on hold for 1/2 hour was told the form response of "we will be sending you a letter containing the interview date within the next 4-12 weeks"

WHAT!! 4-12 weeks, I'll die. I thought I was obsessed before- now I'm just sad. I really thought I'd have the date by now. Any body else get any interview dates regarding a K1 in the month of August so far??? Let me know. Bye. :crying:
