A..Yes. Go to the Post Office and mail it in person. You will feel better when you get the receipt in the mail a few days later, and you will know that your application has made it as far as the USCIS (INS) mailroom.

But you can track the Delivery Confirmation through USPS site to know it was delivered.

What about the actual packaging of the package?? Did you use a bubble envelope or one of those cardboard envelopes or what did you use to place the I-129F package in and mail off?

Do you have to do anything special when sending it off? Should you ensure it or anything like that?

All of the companies you listed offer reliable delivery services.. I used UPS only because I also use them when I sell items on ebay.. lol.

Just make sure you get a delivery confirmation with whatever service you use.

They also offer $100 of insurance. I know its just papers and pictures, but it does cost money to prepare those papers... For example my fiancee had to spend $35.00 to send me some of her documents via mail, the cost of the binder, dividers, cost of printing pictures... I spent around $65.00 preparing my package..
