Hi! I'm going to mail to my fiance evidence I got for him to assemble the first package. . How many e-mails would be fine on the average? How many photos together, because I have 50 ? . I don't want to send either too little or too much !

Thanks for your help.

Too much is better. If he gets denied for lack of evidence will it give you consolation that you saved some postage? I will not be the one that tells you which evidence to leave on the kitchen table when he goes for the interview. My self, I went to the interview and brought it all. I let them decide what they didn't need. we were approved without a question asked.

Gary and Alla,

Awesome advice as always (P.S. - you guys have already helped me in many of your posts)...

I recommend "front loading" your petition. Include all the evidence you can and let the USCIS sort it out. Having too much won't slow down your petition approval process and it all gets sent to the Embassy where the Consular reviews it anyway. Why risk an approval at the USCIS level just because you provided skimpy evidence? My petition was over 75 pages and if it's related to my relationship with Vanessa, it's in there.

Good luck to you!

Alan

I had about 2 years worth of emails, so I included an email from every 2 or 3 months...about a dozen total. I have many photos as well, but sent only 6. You can send as many as you wish and it should not delay or affect your petition. Remember, you are providing evidence for an ongoing relationship, so you don't have to provide every email, phone call, or photo...just a summary will be sufficient.

Good luck!

Just curious as to your question. Are you asking for evidence of relationship or evidence of meeting? I just submitted my 40 page thesis 129F and only included solid evidence of meeting. I agree with others that including as much info early is good thing and can't hurt your petition. But we have thousands of pages of IM messages and emails and such that we did not include just because I understood that it's not required as evidence of meeting. But I do intend to give a lot of paper to my fiance' in prep for her interview. Including copies of hundreds of photos.....eventhough we only included 8 photos with out 129F.
