Wondering how we can contact the embassy with our e-mail information so we can have online notification of our case ?

Until the consulate in Manila gets your file, they can't help. I see you have just now petitioned to USCIS. When the file gets to Manila a few months from now, maybe you are eligible to send an e-mail query. See link.

lol its at the embassy we filed DCF, air21 delivered it straight to the embassy we both live here in the Philippines so we don't send it to NVC

I'm filing DCF in London, and just wrote it on the bottom of my I-130 petition before sending it in. Did they ask you for your email address in the instructions or checklist? If not, maybe they don't correspond by email for these things? The checklist from London asks for it specifically.

They do corospond by e-mail, the address is not asked for on the I-130 but we just forgot to add it to our I-130 or cover

We filed a G 1145 form along with the I 130 etc and this is for email notification. After you get NOA1 and a receipt number, you can create an account on the USCIS site and sign up for text and or email updates; this is between NOA1 and NOA2. This is where you find out if your case has been 'touched.'

This isn't applicable to DCF cases which are not handled by the US-based USCIS service centers. You will not have access to the same information that those going through the service centers get, like touches or online notification of NOA1s and NOA2s.

NOA 1 & 2 are notice of action, taken on your case it usually is either a request for information or approval
