I am trying to get a feel for other cases simmilar than mine.

Are there any of you that recently (wthin 2 weeks) got approvals (NOS2) that got your NOA1 in April (or submitted in April)... AND who is being processed via CSC (or Texas)... AND who's consolate will be KIEV?

I am trying to compare apples to apples. I submitted via Texas SC, but CSC is processing it for TSC.

Hello Everyone, This is my first time replying to a posting but i need your help. I've filed my application and i have sent in the RFE and my status has not changed as of July 12th.

This is what is says,

"On July 12, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

Can you tell me what that means?

Thanks

my NOA1 was April 13

NOA2 Sept 7

Case sent to Kiev around a week ago.

My fiance won't get her police cert until Oct 26th (exactly 2 week delay quoted to her by the cops today)

She has not recieved the package from Kiev yet, but I emailed her the package in English and Ukrainian a few days ago.

If the delay from KEV-1 isn't too long, we hope to have her on a plane right after her mom's birthday, which is Nov 6th. I'm hoping to get her in for the visa interview by Oct 31, but who knows.

Justin,

If you click on the country of someone, like yourself, that is listed as Ukraine, you will get a listing of VJ members that have fiancee's from this country. Then you can send emails directly to them asking about their timelines or experience.

Who knows, you might find someone close to you that has a fiancee/wife that speaks Russian or Ukrainian.

Good luck and be patient.
