from 5 months i've recived DS-3032 (choise of agent and address) (through my mother who have green card from 5 years )

sorry for my english

and i Appointed my brother as my petitioner as he is in america for Permanent residence

and we've send the application back from around 1 months

yesterday he recived mails said that he have to pay 400$

all i wanna know in which point i'm and what we will be the next steps and after how many time i can go to america
