okay guys, i just had my wife file online to change her address, 5 months late. anyhow, DO I have to change MY ADDRESS? I am her husband, a citizen. She married under the K1 and she is having her conditional removql papers I751 sent off in 2 months. I was never ever aware of having to file anything for myself. Must I submit the I-864 document for myself????

you need to, but the majority are not aware of it, and they usually just file an address change (US citizen) and they never hear any complaints from USCIS. Just go ahead and do it and forget about it!

I learned about it late and sent it off a year after we had moved. No issues at the Removal of Conditions stage.
