Hi AK+TK,

I don't live in WI but I can help you out with your questions. No matter where you live the AOS package gets mailed to the national lockbox in Chicago. The address is on the I-485 form. Your interview (if you have one) will be held in WI...wherever your local office is. Hope that helps!

If you have an interview, it will be in Milwaukee.

what are the chances of not having an interview? how do they decide that?

A lot of people who are adjusting from filing K-1 get approved without an interview. If your case gets transferred to the California Service Center somewhere along the process then it's a pretty good chance you WON'T have an interview. However, some K-1 adjusters do still have an AOS interview so it really depends.

Good luck!

Tarun and I didn't have an interview. I'm not sure why you do or don't have one. We didn't add anything additional to our paperwork...we basically just sent what the guides on here told us to. We sent it at the end of May 2009 and it was transferred to CSC end of June. PM me if you need any help with any of the paperwork. The guide on here are really good though!
