there is no 'show usc police clearance' on interview day.

there is, however, this requirement for a foreign beneficiary.

OTOH, and BUT !! - If the USC has a police record, that was to be covered with the initial I-129F submittal.

do i have to show my fiance's POLICE CLEARANCES during my interview?

The police clearances needed at the interview are for the beneficiary only (the one that is not a US citizen). The Philippines citizen needs an NBI clearance and clearances from any country they lived in for 6 months or longer after the age of 16.

The background check of the petitioner (the USC) is done during the approval process of the I-129F and the NVC processing. No police clearances are required at the interview for the US citizen.
