Hello Vj's...we already sign in failed but still no up date since January 12,2010 and no confirmation that we are already case complete.

We already called the NVC but they always say wait for the email.

Is there another way aside from to wait?

Need your help guyz...

Call NVC option 2 speak with an operator validate when case was received and current status. If they say they have no update specifically ask if it is Administrative processing which means a 40 - 50 day delay in forwarding to the consulate. Found NVC to be a little backed up after Christmas and they spent an extra week processing then historic trends said on VJ... I just cleared after 15 days at NVC and my file has arrived in country.

Just be a bit patience.. But, keep in mind they normally don't grant interviews until the 2nd week of the month,,, So, you should have an interview in march.

I would keep calling the NVC. I got a failed log in then the email the very next day. If they have you in AP they would tell you.

Oh really....in March? Why other's just early not just even 2 weeks from thier case complete?

But if that really true will be in march then that is still fine...
