i-864 question

hello friends,

im having a bit of trouble finding the information i need on the internet. im wondering if we can use the same documents to show proof of support for the AOS part that we did for the K1 visa. im unemployed so i dont have any new paystubs or anything and my father, the cosponsor, is living off a retirement pension so there isnt anything new to show there. my main concern was about the tax transcripts. if we send out for AOS packet in the next 3 weeks, are the 2009, 2008 and 2007 tax transcripts and w2s still ok? we dont need the 2010 ones, correct? im just not sure when the date changes so that you would need the 2010 ones.

Of course you'll need to provide I-864 forms instead of I-134 but yes, tax returns can be the same. I think you mean 06, 07 and 08 tax returns though, since the next one (filed in 2010) is the 2009 tax return.

You should have current W2, award letter or pay stubs in addition to the tax returns.

Send whatever you have to support your stated current income, which may well be different from the current income at the time you submitted the I-134.
