Timeline

Hello everyone,

I just need yours help.We sent the form which G-325A,and after that we got a receipt number of it from the uscis which is in california.But after few weeks later we suppose to have another papers like what to do for the process but we did not get any details of it.So should we still have to wait or do we have to call any number?how long it takes after we sent the g-325a form? i hope someone may help me

By the way i m sorry for my english i cant speak very well i hope u guys understanding me :)

Where are you in the process?

Did you mean you only sent in the G-325a? no other forms?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Eşim amerikan vatandaşı biz sadece G-325 doldurup yolladık 355 dolar ile birlikte ve californiyadaki merkezden sadece bize bir receipt numarası verdiler onun dışında herhangi bir bilgi almadık receipt numarasını alalı bir ay oldu hala bir ses seda yok G-325a ile birlikte başka forda yollamamız gerekiyormuydu? yardımcı olursanız sevinirim

We just sent the G-325a and no other forms then we got receipt number from the uscis but there is no another news about the process and what we have to do ? were we needed to sent another forms with the g-325a together ?

would you tell me from the beginning which way we have to follow if it is the first time we are filling up the forms for spouse ?

Follow the guides. You should have submitted the I-130 AND G-325A for a spouse, did you not do this?

I think my wife already have done it and sent it together but what i m asking is there is anything wrong that we did not get anything from the uscis since one month we got only receipt number if there is anything wrong the uscis have to back to us to correct our self right?

by the way thanks for helping i will ask my wife if she submitted it together

If you sent in the whole package and got back the I-797 Notice of Action you should be fine. We waited 178 days between our first receipt and our approval so waiting 1 month is not so bad. Waiting is the toughest part

So i have to ask something else too if u dont mind do we have to send anything else together other than the forms G-325a and I-130 for example like birth certificate marriage certificate etc.. or we have to wait until we getting the I-797 Notice of Action?

By the way we did not get I-797 yet just sent the G-325a and I-130 and got first receipt thats it

i think u call it NAO 1 right
