You could try Google to at least explore the possibilities, rather than rely on something as dubious as Wikipedia.

Personally, for definitions intelligent people can rely on, I use Merriam-Webster.

You don't like that Wikipedia is open source?

The current bill is ####### - if it dies, it will be a good thing for everyone.

Maybe they will go back to the drawing board and actually come up with something that works

and doesn't cost us trillions of dollars.

plus you'll see everyone trying to unionize to be exempt.

#uninsured * annual average insurance premium < trillions

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

I read a while back that Wikipedia had fewer factual errors than Britannica.

Anyone can edit it yes, but there is a review process.

Depends on the article, and whether the material is controversial, or not. Most articles can be edited at will, and until there is a controversy, the edit stands. Many of my edits from years ago have not been reviewed, or removed.

That's why it is next to impossible to pass this kind of legislation with a super majority. Reid needs to change the Senate rules the way Sen. Harkin has proposed - 60 votes for the first 2 weeks, then reduce it until it only requires a simple majority.

you are amazing, you always want to change the rules. i'm still thinking that you hate democracy.
