So my brother is my joint support for my I-134. My question is on Question 3 where it says this affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person: does he put my name or does he put my fiances name? I am really confused. Please help as I need to send out my paperwork by this weekend..please please help me!

Your fiance is the person being sponsored.

Yoiur fiancee's name.

There is no such thing as "joint support" for an I-134. Maybe you are using the wrong term or maybe you are unaware of this. The CO-sponsor for an I-134 must be able to support himself, your fiance and any other dependents he has on his own with ONE person's income (his) The I-134 does not allow combining incomes, not even the income of a spouse.
