I have a quick question, my fiances passport does not have anything for her last name, the field is left blank.

what will be the best way to fill the I129F and G325A for her. should we leave the family name blank or type None. Any feedback will be appreciated.

Is your fiancees family name on her birth certificate? Use the same name that is on her birth certificate because her passport is not needed for the I-129F or G-325A. You will need her passport later for the interview process.

Good Luck.

Presumably your fiance has a last/family-name correct? Then you should complete the forms using this name - writing "None" (or leaving it blank) in this case would probably not get you very far. Furthermore - I'm not certain how a passport can even be issued with just the person's first name listed.

Her Birth Certificate also just have her first name and middle name but No Family Name. and she has traveled to US before on work visa (B1) and had put her last name as "NONE" and i am attaching copy of those documents as well.

would that be sufficient?

NONE is how she addressed it previously, then that would be what I would use again too. My boss coincidentally did not have a family name, and after arriving here they used her first name twice. Now she is the equivalent of Sarah Sarah. Thankfully your fiancee will not have to worry about that since she soon will be married! You can not create a family name if she does not have one.
