Hello

My interview is on the 2nd Feb in London and i was wondering if i need to take my NOA2 with me? I have copies but my fiance in the States has the original. Before we spend $40 couriering it i was wondering if anyone knew if we definatly needed it?

Copy is OK. That's all Alla took with to the interview. I don't know if they asked to see it or not. I think not.

I don't see how it would be needed.

If the petition wasn't approved, the embassy would not of gotten the package.

(Umit didn't take one to her interview)

But by all means - send the copy - :)

(you will, of course, need the NOA2 for the AOS)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

You won't need it, but just for peace of mind get it photo copied and add it to your paperwork. They didn't ask for anything like that for me, all they want is the forms and your appointment letter. Good Luck!!
