The co-sponsor needs to meet the requirements to support their household + you. If they don't, they can't be a sponsor, so usually it's just the fiancee, which must fill out a form meeting the requirement or not, and one more person that meets the requirements.

It is possible - but depending on the embassy that is looking at the 134 - they may deny it, since you have spread out the support of the immigrant. (x3)

Yes by all means if both co-sponsors meet the requirements they can file but usually one co-sponsor is sufficient.

For a K1 visa, it would be the rare exception for a Consulate to accept combined income from multiple sponsors. If the petitioner does not qualify, you need to find ONE cosponsor who qualifies. Read the I-134 instructions for the supporting documents but at a minimum the complete tax return is needed from a self-employed sponsor. The stated "income" must be what appears on line 22 of the 1040. If income is sufficient, they can simply leave all asset related questions blank.

After marriage, for AOS, income from people living in the same household can be combined to qualify.
