My fiance had her interview a few minutes ago, she doesnt speak english and the paperwork was in english. i tried to help her over the phone. she just told me that some of the paper work was wrongfully filled and my divorced paper is missing. needless to say they took her passaport away and told her that in about 10 days they will mail back her passaport.

Question: what are the chances her visa might get approved or denied? is there anything i can do from here USA,?

I would ask her, to scan in any papers she received that day, and email them to you.

There may be specific instructions in those papers.

You can always email the Embassy, they are always very fast replying emails.

Did you send her the divorce papers?

If it's still missing you would probably have to mail them.

Take a look on the papers they gave to her, maybe they are asking for additional information.

they sent her the info, via email. i dont see my divorced paper in here, but them again she doesnt understand english, i wonder if she got confused with all the paper work.... "this heats me up". i will send an email to the emabassy ASAP.
