hi vj members! iam planning to take vacation for a month in the phil together with my newborn around summer time.my question is what are the papers il be needed for my son .do i need to provide a consent letter from my husband to take my newborn since he's not coming with us coz of his work.and also what do i need to show to immigration i only have my 2yr conditional gc.pls help guys! thanks and god bless!

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

wouldnt you get a passport for the newborn too? Just curious

when I was traveling I saw a couple with a very young baby and they had a passport for the baby too, at least it sure looked liked a passport.

Went last year with my 18month old baby...yes,you need a passport and BC for extra proof..and Fathers consent...

I havent renewed my passport the time i went so i also bring my MC...

when i was in front of the officer they just request for my daughters passport and fathers consent but going back in US they request for her BC and my MC and passport...

oh..when i went to philippines and in NAIA airport

There's a lady in front of me dont have fathers consent and she's been hold there with her 2 kids...(2 kids have british passport,she have philippine passport)i dont know how long she and her kids been hold but the officer telling her to contact her husband and ask for it...

Hmmm weird...my ex took my daughter with her to the PI and didnt have written consent from me...I dont think she had a problem...I dunno...maybe she faked a letter. I was worried she wouldnt come back, but did.
