Hi, does anyone have any experience with a full medical from a civil surgeon in Milwaukee? Just trying to save myself some calling around to check prices. We are thinking once we do biometrics we might just do the full medical again.

Why would you want to do a full medical again? If your within a year of your K-1 medical - you just need to get your vaccinations up to date/transcribed.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Well we got an RFE for a full medical, and was concerned as it didn't say the vacc sections only. I did go get that done and sent it in with the RFE and a letter stating the whole K-1 and already had a medical in Montreal. But I didn't have a TB skin test done, just a chest x-ray so I am thinking that's why they wanted another one. We are thinking about trying to schedule a infopass appt on Friday while we are in Milwaukee for our Biometrics Appt and if they can find that out for us then we could leave there and go have a medical done, and if its not the problem and they are happy with the vacc section I sent in then we could just cancel the appt. What do you think Bobby_Umit? I also thought about going back to the civil surgeon who did the vacc. transc. and ask him to fill it out again, but add the tb skin test? Do you think that would work?

Ah - RFI - they may need that TB test.

I would go to the infopass to see what they may want - it may save you some money.

We used Concentra Medical by the airport in Milwaukee

5007 S. Howell Ave

414.483.7777

They do 3+ I-693's a day according to the staff.

I hope this helps

Hello everyone- my first time post....

So I recently got a Letter from the NVC saying that I needed to pay some fees due before they start processing.... However I will be applying for AOS (Since Im already in the US working on the H1B visa)

As I understand, I have to get a full medical examination done and have the civil sergeon complete the I 693 for me.

My questions:

1. Any reccomendations for a good civil surgeon in the Milwaukee downtown area?

2. Is a full physical examination required?

3. I have a records of all the vaccinations that I've had over the past 10 years (required by the various universities in the US)- Will this count towards anything?

4. Do they accpet medical insurance for this purpose at all?

5. Concentra on Howell quoted $199.50 to me for the TB+Physical+Blood draw..... does that sound too expensive?

BIG THANK YOU!!!
