I have a G-325A question(beneficiary).

Applicant's last address outside the United States of more than one year?

Should I put her address in the Philippines or answer "NONE"

I put "NONE" because my fiancee has not been to the US, and I wanted to avoid giving the Consular Officer amunition for stating that we "misrepresented" ourselves. Let's see what others have done...

I put "None" because Craig's never lived here.

And well "N/A" is a pretty wishy-washy answer.

Even something like "No Previous Address" or "Has never resided in the U.S." is better than "N/A" in my opinion.

There are two criteria here. Let's start with what appears to be the more difficult one. Is your fiancee living in the USA or outside the USA? Considering that the Philippines has not been a part of the USA for quite some time, if she's living in the Philippines she must be living outside the USA. That eliminates 'NONE' as an answer.

Has she been living at her current address in the Philippines for more than a year? If so, there's your answer. If not, go to her previous address that was not in the USA and ask the question again. Unless she's never lived anywhere ourside the USA for more than a year you'll eventually hit on the answer.

Interesting logic. The question asks for an address outside the USA and you both answer none because the beneficiary has never lived in the USA.

If they haven't lived outside the USA, and they haven't lived in the USA, where have they been living?

I (obviously) thought they were asking the question about the last US address. Which I don't even know why I thought that because it's not even ON the form.

When I filled out that form I wrote down my address in the Philippines (Manila). My understanding was that the Philippines was outside the United States anyway. I didn't have a problem with that.
