I don't deserve a photo radar ticket. By law, I am allowed to demand to face my accuser. Did you know that if a police officer issues a ticket and doesn't come to your hearing, you can have the ticket voided? A camera on a street corner cannot show up in court.

When I recieved a ticket from a real cop, I went to court and faced a judge and beat that charge, too. There's nothing wrong with what I've done. It's legal and that's why I win.

morphine?

I don't think a Dr would perscribe that to me. I wouldn't take it either, that would be overkill, the medication being worse than the disorder. Mind you, that is a particularly American prediliction, over medicating. :)

Ok. So you're a servile statist, undeserving of of the gift of liberty.

You could've just said so to begin with.

No.

Refusing to use the spellchick!

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .

What are you talking about? It's got nothing to do with whether you 'deserve' a ticket for breaking the law or not. Either you got one, or you did not. Either you expect me to believe that you avoided the consequences because you told the court it wasn't you, and they simply believed you or you did not. Now you want to introduce a new defence, that in fact you got off not because you told the court you weren't there, but because there was no officer at the hearing. That is a far more likely scenario and that might, or might not apply to Steven's case but it certainly isn't what you originally pontificated. As I said before, you're a tool.

You didn't 'beat' the charge either, you were treated with leniency which is poles apart.

Please pay attention.

1. It is not important that you believe anything. My response was to a question asked by Steven.

2. I didn't say I got off because an officer didn't show up. I said that is a way to have a ticket dismissed.

3. I have already stated the facts of how I have avoided paying speeding tickets. They are legal and they work.

You are someone who doesn't care to fight tickets, so continue to bend over and hold your ankles so you can be "right" rather than smart.

That's just stupid. And, you expect me to do the same? Stupid.

 No, I don't expect you to do anything at all. What I said was that considering your self confessed piety, it's hilarious when you come out with this stuff that illustrates how you are self serving to a fault, that you would lie and cheat to evade your responsibilities. You clearly said that you would lie and say it wasn't you if you thought that would get you off, that's very different from admitting to something and throwing yourself to the mercy of the court. The point is though, that this is your moral standard that you fail to uphold, it's not mine, and yet, I would. Ironic eh?

You fail to get my salient point, but your 15 minute allotment of my attention is up for today. Have a wonderful evening.
