Sorry if this has been addressed elsewhere already.

What is the best way to send in I-751?

FedEx?

USPS Express Mail?

Other?

Thanks.

I've sent ALL our petitions over the years USPS Express mail without checking signature. You can track and print out online. Sounds weird but DON"T check signature as if there is no one there to sign they will send it back to the local PO and resent the next day again for signing.

!! ALL PAU!

I would say that it depends on your priorities.

Since the Removal of Conditions is generally routine, and since your spouse is already with you, if you mostly trust the USPS, and have copies of everything, you can save several dollars using USPS Priority Mail. You don't get the same tracking details, and it will take a day or two longer. But, you can get delivery confirmation. I did. Up to you.

We've used USPS overnight service with tracking- works great, haven't had a package lost yet (despite other's horror stories on occasion)

For a reasonable fee you get peace of mind - but Fedex or anything else would be just as good.
