Hopefully, your case will be approved very soon. Usually, it may take 3-6 months for a I-130 to be approved.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Hi!

The "processing times" above show that Vermont is processing applications dated February 5, 2006. So, I think you're okay. It shouldn't be long now.

Sometimes people get lucky and get processed more quickly. I remember when my I-130 was approved (back on Feb. 7th), the processing times was showing an early January date. So, when we got the approval, it was a really nice surprise because we weren't expecting it. There were also others who got approved a week later after us and their NOA1 date was maybe a couple of days before ours. (By the way, our case went to CSC not VSC.)

At this point, I don't think anything is wrong with your case.
