I have entered and certified the form but when I try to continue to pay the fee

it will say

" Form Certification Error "

Your application has already been certified. Once your application has been certified you can not make any changes to your application. Any new changes made to the form after you have already certified by selecting the I agree button on the Certify Forms page will not take effect if you try to submit the forms. In order to submit any changes once you have certified, you must select Cancel to delete all information and start over.

Please select the Continue Payment button to continue with the application process.

I beleive I have entered everything correct becuase this message comes after the first time payment process error happens.

I then click Continue Payment button

then ...

select credit card... or bank account ... it gives me a error

Payment Processing Error

E-Filing is unable to process payments at this time. Please try again later.

Your form(s) are saved but have NOT been submitted. When you return to E-Filing,

please select the pending form(s) and submit them.

Is it something that I am entering the information wrong ?? my greencard will expire 2/17/2010 and I need it ASAP.........

if someone can help me file it please HELP !!!

How long have you had your green card? If its validity is only for 2 years, that's a conditional card and you need to submit I-751 form to lift conditions on residency and receive a 10-yr card.

It may speed things up if you do a early walkin to do biometrics. Not sure but wouldn't hurt.

When is your biometric appointment?

Biometric appointment means ..." Finger print"

that can be done on Jan 6th 2010 ...

You can try and do a early walkin. Like tomorrow if you want. Just take fingerprint appointment letter and a picture ID.
