Hello,

I've filed while living in Virginia with the Vermont service center and have since filed moving. My curiosity arouse again now that I'm writing the letter of fiance intent that lists the local service center. I'm not sure to just continue using Vermont or to change anything at all. I've not received any notification of my move except that they've received that I filed a move. We had a bit of delay in the whole visa as my fiance is still finishing his service in Greece. They know that and are holding the case but I just didn't know about the service center issue. I've moved from Virginia since filing and now reside in Washington State which I think would be part of the California Service center.

Does anyone have experience or know anything that I could go off of?

EDIT: "We have updated your address in our systems and on your application or petition." This was in an email I finally relocated, so I suppose that the move is finalized.

once submitted that is where it stays... filing center is based on your residence at the time of filing....
