HI,

Sorry, maybe I am freaking out but I spent hours watching timelines similar to mine and it looks weird that I received EAD already and no words about AP.

I have been transfered to CSC and seeing all people transfered I should have already my AP and maybe my GC.

Do you think guys I may receive an RFE or do you know if CSC slowed down? Am I maybe stocked in the FBI name checks?

Usually AP comes first and then the others....

Please advise.

Thanks!!!!!!!!

AC

Looking at your timeline, it really looks OK - EAD on the faster end of the average. AP will probably show up soon enough. The AOS is still too soon to tell from what I can see (only about 30 days since our biometrics, for example, isn't bad).

The other way around - I've seen folks on VJ get their PR/Green Card before the EAD arrived; all just depends.

Your EAD was approved in 57 days and this is exceptionally fast. Relax and enjoy the fact you got your EAD quicker than most. With the EAD you can get your SSN, if you haven't already, in most states you can now get a state ID, and you can apply for work.

Even though the USCIS has reduced the time to get the green card the average is still around 125 days.

It's never wise to sit and compare your case to others. As we've found time and again, every case is different - often times, no logic in why they're different, they just are...
