I am so happy my husband has finally arrived to US to be with me...He has a CR-1 visa...

Now I was wondering if we can travel across the USA or even outside like Canada or Puerto Rico??

Any advice would be appreciated ...

CR-1 allows multiple entries.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

The I-551 stamp allows multiple entries (that will be given or should have been given at the POE)...that is his temporary greencard. the visa itself is only a single entry visa.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.
