When to submit the billing statement with both our names...

hi guys! im just collecting every needed document for my Adjusment of Status... my question is, when do I need to submit a copy of our billing statements/ lease of contract with both of my name & my wife? do we also need to send pictures from our wedding with the billing statements as well? thanks.

hello. you bring those "evidence" during the interview with the local uscis. you don't need to send in the aos package. you may also want to check this link http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1k3aos. good luck.

not everyone gets an interview ,

but to the question if you like and you have the suporting documents

you can send in your effidence same time as your AOS ,

( thats what i did I never had an interview for AOS )
