We are trying to fill in I-134 but we're not sure about some details.

If the co-sponsor will be a friend of my fiance, what shall he write at question 3: relationship to sponsor?

"Fiancee of a friend of mine"?

Is it harder to get the visa if the cosponsor is not a relative but a friend? What kinda questions will they ask me at the interview about my fiance's friend? I wanna be as ready as possible for this. Thanks

You need to check with that embassy to see if a co-sponsor is allowed at all for a K 1. Many do not. If they do it must be a close family relative.
